Alastair MacLeod joined Elston’s multi-asset portfolio management team in 2024. He understands the important role multi-asset portfolios play in smoothing out the ride for investors and is passionate about actively managing portfolios to take advantage of opportunities. Al was most recently the Managing Director at Wheelhouse Partners, an alternative asset manager specialising in derivative overlays and factor investing. Prior to that, he was a Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Wingate where he focused on integrating derivatives into a long-only global equity portfolio.
